To do a wheelie/manual on a fixed gear bike, you should remember three motions:
Pull up on the handlebars
Lean back with force
Pedal hard at the "magic spot" (after your pedal reaches the top of the rotation, you will have to push hard a little after it comes down a bit)
Just like riding a mountain bike, but you have to remember that the pedals will not stop moving until the back wheel does. Learning to wheelie on a fixed gear bike is difficult at first, but after a few hours of practice you will develop a base and you can take off from there
